Next comes photography and it needs to be amazing. We use experienced professional photographers and stagers for all of our listings. We are highly involved with both steps to make sure every room and every photo looks fabulous. More than ever buyers choose homes they love online then go tour the home to verify they want to make an offer.
Additional staging is not always necassary if your home is occupied and furnished. In some cases we use light staging to enhace existing furniture. When that is the case we still make proven recommendations on how to prepare the house for showings. Much of it is common sense but surprisingly some is not!

Our best advice when choosing a Realtor is to interview them and ask how involved they are with the ground level property preparation and photography. Even with luxury listings we see poor decisions in these areas. Is it possible for a Realtor to have too much business for your own good? It definitely is. Our phlosophy is to provide quality work by focusing on the properties we have instead of getting as many listings as possible. Quality over quantity.
